View Park Juja is a riverside gated plots development currently undergoing major infrastructure works. The site is anchored by a scenic dam and water reservoir, with an access bridge and perimeter road being graded and compacted along the embankment. Gabion (stone-filled wire mesh) retaining walls are being installed to control erosion along the water's edge, complemented by white perimeter fencing and steel guardrails for safety. Power infrastructure, including transformer installations on the electricity network, and water supply piping are already in place. A secure gated entrance with a gatehouse and barrier is under construction at the main road frontage. Heavy machinery — including graders, rollers, and water bowsers — remains active on site as roads and embankments are finalized.
